Estimates and changes
Estimates are based on visible conditions and information available when prepared. Concealed conditions, code requirements, customer-requested changes, or work made necessary by others may require a revised estimate or change order.
Scheduling and access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location. Arrival windows may be affected by traffic, emergencies, weather, inspections, material availability, and conditions outside our control.
Customer communications
